Three routines with three steps
Be grateful because you have been granted a new day and because you woke up renewed and ready to create wonderful things. Moisten your face and feel the water on your skin. Use the Cleanser on the Konjac Sponge and gently slide it over the face. Enjoy!
With a clean but still damp face, apply the Toning Mist as a soft mist and then the Serums that are right for you. While they dry on your skin repeat 3 times “I always keep in mind that my beauty has to do with who I am and how I value myself. My beauty comes from within me". Then apply the Moisturizer.
After feeling and looking fabulous all day, we're going to double-cleanse to let your skin breathe. Look at your reflection in the mirror gazing into your eyes, and become aware of the space around you. Use the Rejuvenating Oil and breathe deeply while cleaning with a circular motion. Breathe again. Remove the makeup with a cotton ball.
Apply the Cleanser on your Konjac Sponge and use it to remove impurities and excess oil. Enjoy the sensation of the sponge sliding on your skin.
This is your opportunity for having some #metime, a special space for you during which you enjoy a #conciousmoment, a gift you bestow upon yoursel. If you scheduled your #metime for when you are wearing makeup, do the double cleaning, otherwise just apply the Cleanser. Start your #consciousmoment gazing into your eyes in the mirror, take three deep breaths and enjoy slowing your pace.
With your face still wet, mix the Cleanser and the Exfoliating Vitamin Crystals on the palm of your hand. Place the amount of crystals needed to obtain the effect you wish to achieve between a gentle exfoliation and a deep microdermabrasion, as indicated on the product. In a loving way and with circular motions, remove all the impurities from your skin. Rinse with plenty of water. Luxuriate in the new softness of your skin.
Once your skin is prepared, it is time to apply the Pink Clay Mask. While it dries, we encourage you to complete the enjoyment of your #metime with the following meditation, giving thanks for the week you have lived and preparing yourself to initiate the following week keenly focused and full of positive energy.
